The DynaTag SOS emergency wristband is a digital emergency ID worn on the wrist. It helps first responders, family members, emergency services, paramedics and medical professionals quickly find important information if the wearer is unable to speak, is disoriented or cannot act independently.
The individual QR code provides direct access to approved emergency contacts, health information and personal SOS instructions in the smartphone browser. No additional app is required.

No. The QR code can be scanned using the standard camera or QR function of a smartphone. The DynaTag SOS WebApp then opens directly in the browser. The person providing assistance does not need to install an app, register or sign in.
An active internet connection is the only requirement for accessing the information you have chosen to share.
No. The SOS emergency wristband contains neither GPS nor a battery and does not continuously record its location. No continuous tracking takes place.
After scanning the QR code, the person providing assistance can voluntarily share their current location. The location is shared only with their explicit consent.
Data protection and privacy are top priorities at DynaTag. Your information is securely stored on the Swiss DynaTag data platform.
You decide which information is visible after the QR code is scanned. Information you have not shared remains protected. Your data is neither sold nor analysed for advertising purposes.
Yes. After activation, you can update your emergency contacts, health information, personal details and images at any time in your user account. Your account can be accessed using a smartphone, tablet or computer.
The QR code on the wristband remains unchanged. Once saved, your updates are immediately available through the WebApp.
Your personal information is not stored on the wristband or inside the QR code. It remains securely stored on the Swiss DynaTag platform.
If the wristband is damaged or the QR code becomes unreadable, your existing information can be linked to a new compatible DynaTag product and continue to be used.
Yes. The silicone wristband is water-resistant and suitable for everyday use, sports and travel. It contains no electronics and does not need to be charged.

No. The purchase price includes 5 years of access to the DynaTag platform. There are no monthly fees and no mandatory subscription.
