About DynaTag
DynaTag is an intelligent digital tagging platform that helps you protect, identify, and recover people in emergency situations, lost items, or missing pets using individual QR tags (wristbands, stickers, cards, key tags, or pet ID tags) linked to an online profile.
The DynaTag and Thync.it platforms are operated by DynaTag AG, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland. EU logistics and shipping are managed by DynaTag Europe VOF, based in the Netherlands.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the EU internal market using PostNL and other reliable delivery partners. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Netherlands. For deliveries to Switzerland, please use our Swiss webshop: shop.dynatag.ch
For orders over €50, shipping is free of charge
For orders under €50, a flat rate of €5 applies
In‑stock items: 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Out-of-stock items: Typically up to 30 days
We ship Monday through Friday.
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking link to monitor your delivery..
Returns & Refunds
Yes — you may return your order within 30 days (Monday to Friday) of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds are typically issued within 14 business days (Monday to Friday) after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Yes — we provide a standard 1‑year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
