How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@dynatag-europe.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include photos.
- Prepare Your Item: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 30 business days (Monday-Friday) of delivery.
To expedite the resolution, include:

We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
Items That Cannot Be Returned

Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes, we offer product exchanges if you received a defective or incorrect item.
If you want to exchange for a different product or variant (size, color, etc.), return the original product as per policy and place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Procedure
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, we will issue a full refund (minus return shipping if applicable) to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days (Monday-Friday) after approval.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.
