Do We Accept Returns?

Yes, we accept returns for eligible products under the conditions outlined below.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@dynatag-europe.com with your order number and reason for the return. If the item is damaged or defective, please include photos.
  2. Prepare Your Item: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  3. Return Method:

    Important notice: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We only accept returns for items that are:

  • New
  • Unused
  • In original packaging with all original components included

Return Window

You may return your item within 30 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of delivery, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Do You Charge a Restocking Fee?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 30 business days (Monday-Friday) of delivery.

To expedite the resolution, include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

Do You Offer Exchanges?

Yes, we offer product exchanges if you received a defective or incorrect item.

If you want to exchange for a different product or variant (size, color, etc.), return the original product as per policy and place a new order for the desired item.

Refund Procedure

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
  2. If approved, we will issue a full refund (minus return shipping if applicable) to your original payment method.
  3. Refunds are processed within 14 business days (Monday-Friday) after approval.
  4. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.
