1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Protection Law)
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 business days after receiving the order, without providing any reason.
2. Cancellation Timeframes

3. Non-Cancellable Items
The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Customized or personalized products
- Software or digital content where the download has already started
- Products explicitly marked as “non-returnable”
4. Return Conditions After Withdrawal
If the goods have already been delivered, they must be returned within 30 business days after the withdrawal.
Return Conditions:
- Unused and in original packaging
- No damage or missing parts
- Proof of purchase included
- RMA form (Return Merchandise Authorization) recommended

6. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Shipping upgrades and restocking fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Partial refunds may apply for damaged or incomplete returns.

- Postal mail (not recommended for urgent cancellations)
You may use the EU Standard Withdrawal Form, but it is not required.
8. Exchange Instead of Cancellation
If you prefer an exchange, please contact us within the withdrawal period. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions as returns.
9. Business Customers (B2B)
Orders placed under a business account or for resale purposes are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
10. Fraud Protection
To prevent abuse, we reserve the right to:
- Request proof of identity or delivery
- Refuse cancellations in case of suspected fraud
- Withhold refunds until investigations are complete
11. Cancellations by DynaTag
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Failed payment or suspected fraud
- Product not available
- Incorrect pricing due to technical error
- Violation of our terms of service
In such cases, you will be notified immediately and any payments made will be fully refunded.
