2. Products & Services
We provide secure tagging, recovery systems, accessories, and cloud-based identity services. All descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without liability.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, iDEAL, Klarna, etc.
- All prices include applicable VAT and are displayed in EUR €.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or pricing errors.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are fulfilled from the Netherlands via PostNL and other EU-compliant couriers.
- Shipping available only to EU member states.
- Estimated delivery:
- In-stock: 2–3 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Pre-order: up to 30 business days (Monday-Friday)

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
- Return window: 30 business days (Monday-Friday) from delivery date
- Refund processing: within 14 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving the item
- Condition: item must be unused, in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless item is faulty or incorrect

- For Swiss/international matters: governed by Swiss Law, court jurisdiction: Zurich
