This Payment Policy explains the accepted payment methods, security standards, billing processes, and important terms related to purchases from our online store. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Note: Certain payment methods may not be available in your country.
2. Currency
- All prices are listed and charged in Euros (€).
- Currency conversions (if applicable) are handled by your bank/payment provider.
3. Payment Security
- All transactions are SSL-encrypted.
- We do not store your credit card or PayPal information.
- Payments are processed through PCI DSS-compliant gateways (e.g., Stripe, Klarna, PayPal).
4. Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+01:00), Monday–Friday, are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
5. Billing & Invoices
- Once payment is received, a digital invoice will be emailed to you.
- You can also download your invoice from your account under "Orders".
- Businesses with a valid EU VAT number may request VAT-exempt invoices.
6. Bank Transfer Instructions
- Our bank details and order number will be sent via email after checkout.
- Orders are shipped once full payment is received.
- Please include your Order ID in the payment reference.
7. Fraud Prevention
- Suspicious or high-value orders may require additional verification.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders flagged as fraudulent.
- Multiple failed payment attempts may result in account suspension.
8. Payment Failures & Declines
- Check your card/bank details or use an alternative payment method.
- Contact your bank to verify that online payments are allowed.

9. Refunds & Chargebacks
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 14 business days after approval for the refund to reflect.
- For any incorrect charges, contact us before initiating a chargeback.
