Shippment within EU
Shipping within the EU internal market is carried out by PostNL from our distribution center in the Netherlands.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
As soon as an item has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive the tracking number with the shipping confirmation.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are charged directly in the webshop. Orders over €50.00 are shipped free of charge.
Returns
For returns, the sender is responsible for covering the shipping costs and packaging.
Estimated Shipping Times
- Items in stock: Shipping takes place within 2-5 business days. Deliveries occur Monday to Friday.
- Items out of stock: Delivery time is usually 30 days.
Shipping within Switzerland
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is carried out by Swiss Post. Orders placed on shop.dynatag.ch or shop.dynatag.com can only be delivered to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
Shipping Options
We offer A-Post and B-Post shipping. The desired shipping method can be selected during the checkout process.
Tracking
As soon as an item has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive the tracking number (not available for B-Post). You can check the status of your shipment on the Swiss Post tracking portal.

Worldwide Shipping (outside the EU internal market and Switzerland)
For deliveries outside Switzerland and the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually. Please contact our customer service.
