Shipping Policy

We are committed to offering reliable and transparent shipping across all EU countries. This policy explains our shipping procedures, costs, and your rights as a customer—fully aligned with EU consumer laws, Dutch regulations, and the EU Geo-blocking Regulation.

1. Shipping Region – EU Only

We ship exclusively to all member states of the European Union.
All orders are shipped from our European distribution center in the Netherlands.
We comply with the EU Geo-blocking Regulation (EU 2018/302) — no customer discrimination based on location within the EU.

2. Currency

All product and shipping prices are shown in Euros (€) and include VAT, in line with EU VAT OSS rules.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout.

4. Handling Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a PostNL tracking number (if available) once your order is dispatched.

5. Delivery Times

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
All parcels are shipped via PostNL with Track & Trace (if available).

6. Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 14:00 (Monday-Friday), (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) on business days are processed the same day or next business day.
Orders placed after that or on weekends/public holidays are processed the next business day.

7. Delivery by PostNL Only

All our deliveries are handled exclusively by PostNL.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery.

8. Change of Shipping Address

To change your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at:

Changes cannot be guaranteed after your order is processed.

9. Order/Shipping Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

10. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at:

Include your order number.
If your order has already shipped, you will need to initiate a return after receiving it.

11. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may return items within 30 business days (Monday-Friday) of delivery.

Return Requirements:

• Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving and inspecting your return.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Lost Parcels

• Notify us within 30 business days of delivery or expected delivery.
• Include your order number and photos (if damaged).
• We will investigate with PostNL and provide a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
