Tag all your luggage with the durable luggage tag and make it easier for the finder or delivery service to contact you. In case of loss, the finder (e.g., delivery service) can easily identify your luggage via the QR code or the integrated NFC chip and contact you directly. Additionally, you can display your preferred delivery address on the luggage tag using Google Maps – ideal for overcoming language barriers or if you prefer not to be disturbed.
Double Security: The integrated NFC chip helps with identification if the QR code is heavily scratched and cannot be read by a smartphone camera.
Don't know the exact hotel address? Thanks to Google Maps integration, you can simply enter the hotel name and city – Google will automatically find the correct address and display it clearly in Google Maps.
Thanks to the integrated bulletin board, photos of the luggage can also be uploaded. This further aids recognition and identification and is highly recommended by delivery services and Lost & Found desks.
NEW: The practical pocket card for your wallet allows you to update delivery information remotely, even if the luggage is already missing.
You decide which information and contact details are displayed on the QR code.
All data can be updated remotely via the web browser on your smartphone, tablet, or desktop – no physical access to the QR code or additional app is needed. Even after the loss, you can conveniently update or adjust your location details (e.g., hotel address) remotely on your luggage tag, especially if you are continuing your journey.
IMPORTANT: An active internet connection is required to access the data and contact information.

Instruction Manual
The online user manual and FAQs for the emergency wristbands and bracelets can be accessed at any time via the main menu in the web app when you are logged in with your user account.

Recommentation: Installation on Smartphones
Make it easier to access your data without having to scan the QR code again by saving it directly to your smartphone.
Android: Smartphone, Tablet (Chrome browser)
In the browser menu, select 
“Add to Home screen”. Choose a name and complete the process by tapping “Add”. An icon will then appear on your home screen. Just like a native app, you can now easily access your QR code online.
Apple: iPhone, iPad (Safari browser)
In the browser menu 
next to the address bar, tap the icon with the upward arrow and select “Add to Home Screen”. You can then choose a memorable name and finish the process by tapping “Add”. A shortcut icon will be added to your home screen.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Protect the printed or engraved QR code from mechanical damage such as impacts, scratches, or abrasion. Avoid contact with chemical substances or intense sunlight. The item can be cleaned with lukewarm water, soap, and a soft brush using light pressure.
Not suitable for washing machines.
If the QR code still becomes unreadable, you won’t lose any data! All data and information are securely stored in a reliable data center and can be linked to a new DynaTag product. Additionally, your data can be accessed and updated at any time via your DynaTag or Thync.it customer account.

NFC chips can be read contactlessly using a smartphone. If the QR code on the SOS luggage tag is dirty or scratched, it may be difficult to scan. Thanks to the well-protected NFC chip, the data can still be accessed effortlessly.
Do I need a special app to use the Dynatag?
No, there is no special app needed. All functionality works via a web browser on a smartphone, tablet or computer.
How do I receive a notification if my luggage is found?
As soon as someone scans the QR code or visits the web address, you will immediately receive an automatic email notification that your tag has been viewed. If the finder gives permission, the location of the scan will also be sent.
Are there any monthly fees associated with using a Dynatag?
No, there are no monthly subscription fees. The one-time purchase of the label includes a lifetime service.
Can I update or change the data myself?
Yes! With your purchase, you’ll receive free access to your personal user account (created during activation). From there, you can update information remotely at any time, upload new images, or modify existing details—easily from your smartphone, tablet, or computer.
What information can I store on my Dynatag?
You can save various contact details, multiple phone numbers, email address, WhatsApp information, and even a preferred delivery location via Google Maps. You decide which information is visible.
