First steps
Scan QR-Code
Scan the QR code with your phone. Use the camera function or a QR code reader for this. (NOTE: An external app may ask for your credit card information. We will never do this!)
Create a user account
Press "Register" after scanning your own QR code.
Already have an account? Then press "Login."
Log in
There are 2 ways for logging in:
Scan your QR code and press "Login.
Log in via dynatag.com.

Initial set-up



Enter title
Here you can enter, for example, first name and/or last name.
Set title image
Add a recognizable image, such as a photo of yourself or a medical icon, so your profile can be quickly identified in an emergency.
Enter information
Enter important medical information such as allergies, conditions, medications, and other health details that could be crucial in an emergency.
Add emergency contacts
Add family members, friends, or caregivers as emergency contacts.
Enter the emergency phone number where these contacts can be reached. Use your country code FE: (+31) as required.
When your DynaTag is scanned, they can be notified immediately if necessary.
Set up alarm functions
Activate features such as automatic notifications to your emergency contacts or location sharing under the section 'alarm notification via EMAIL:'
You can set this up by clicking on the cover image.

Advanced configurations
QR code management in dashboard
Manage and customize your QR codes from your DynaTag dashboard. Here, you can link new QR codes, edit existing profiles, or manage multiple bracelets from one central location.
Invite other people
Invite family members, caregivers, or friends to help manage your DynaTag profile or stay informed in case of an emergency. This creates a secure support network around your health.
Manage multiple QR codes in one account
Easily manage multiple DynaTag products, such as bracelets, luggage tags, or pet tags, within a single account. Ideal for families, Business, or personal use with multiple applications.
Switch organization
Easily switch between different organizations or user groups within your DynaTag account, for example, if you manage separate tags for personal and business use.
