How does the SOS key tag work?
The tag is equipped with an individual QR code. Finders can scan the code and immediately contact you via an anonymized contact form. The form can be filled out directly in the WebApp.
Which information can be accessed via the QR code?
The finder cannot access any of your data or personal information. He or she can only fill out the contact form and leave a message. This message will be forwarded to your email address through our system. The finder will not be able to see your email address.
How secure is my data on the WebApp?
Discretion is our top priority. All data stored with us will never be analyzed or shared with third parties.
What happens when someone scans my QR code?
When the QR code is scanned, a WebApp automatically opens in the smartphone’s browser, showing only a contact form.
No additional app is required.
The finder’s location can be recorded and transmitted if they agree (for legal reasons, the finder’s consent is required).
Can I update or change the data myself?
Yes! With your purchase you receive free access to your personal user account (created during activation). There you can update your contact details at any time remotely, upload a new cover photo, or adjust existing information – easily via smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Are there any subscription fees or monthly costs?
No! With your purchase, your SOS key tag can be used without any additional costs for 5 years. After 5 years, the tag can be extended for another period with a one-time renewal fee.
How secure is my data?
Your personal data remains invisible to finders. Contact is made anonymously via the WebApp. All data is stored exclusively on secure Swiss servers.
